The Challenge

How Attomic helped
To help Oki-Media streamline their operations, we implemented an automation system using a combination of Make, Notion, Calendly, and Google Docs. This allowed Oki-Media to automate their client onboarding process, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency. Calendly helped Oki-Media manage new client enquiries and scheduled appointments, providing a streamlined and efficient process for onboarding new clients. Additionally, the integration of Notion and Calendly helped Oki-Media manage their deals more effectively, providing a centralized location to track deals and automate reminders. With Notion, we were also able to automate and standardize their agency SOPs, ensuring consistency in their operations and freeing up time for more important tasks. I trained Oki-Media's team on how to use Notion, so they could fully utilize the tool and continue streamlining their processes going forward.
