The Challenge

Faisal from Countplus Accounting was facing two challenges in their operations. Firstly, they were generating invoices manually for each transaction for their clients' booming WooCommerce store in Xero, which was a time-consuming and error-prone process. Secondly, their client onboarding process was manual, taking up valuable time and resources.

How Attomic helped

To solve these challenges, we implemented an automation system that leveraged the power of Zapier and Xero. By integrating the two platforms, we were able to automate the generation of invoices based on data from each transaction in WooCommerce. Additionally, we automated the client onboarding process by integrating JotForm and an Airtable database. This eliminated the need for manual data entry, reducing the risk of errors and freeing up time for Countplus Accounting to focus on other tasks.

With the new automation system in place, Countplus Accounting saved countless hours and resources, freeing up valuable time each month to focus on more important tasks.
