The Challenge

The Black Girl Gamers faced a challenge at the end of every month when they had to manually check if their streamers had completed their streams on Facebook and Twitch. This manual process of chasing up streamers and updating a Google sheet was taking up hours of their time and distracting them from more important tasks.

How Attomic helped

To streamline this process, we utilised the power of Zapier, Airtable, Google Calendar and API connections. We created a database of all the streamers and their stream dates, and then used Zapier's automation to build a bot that asked streamers if they had completed their streams at the end of every session. This allowed for an accurate picture of when streams were taking place, freeing up time for The Black Girl Gamers team to focus on other more important tasks.

The Outcome

With the automation in place, The Black Girl Gamers saved valuable hours each month, which they could then dedicate to other tasks that required their attention. They also got a clear, real-time picture of the attendance status of their streamers, making it easier for them to manage their operations, grow their business and most importantly game.
